The NS Photo Exchange Project is an online photographic exchange project between Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography (Toronto, Canada), PH15 Foundation (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and OCAD University (Toronto, Canada). It was commissioned by the TORONTO 2015 arts and culture festival PANAMANIA, presented by CIBC and is also a proud IGNITE community partner. Six photographers from Toronto were paired with six photographers from Buenos Aires to create international collaborations.
The exhibition was shown at Gallery 44 in Toronto during Pan Am, then Museo de Arte Contemporaneo in Buenos Aires late August.

To the right: Embroidery work Luján and I created for the show.
As we got to know each other, we realized we both like sewing and working with text. So after a lot of brainstorming, we agreed we would print on fabric and our final work would incorporate text, imagery and thread. The embroidery work is from day-to-day images we were sending to each other; the wallpaper created by a scan of our initial proposal in my hand writing.
